Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

EXCHANGE

Bummer, it's a shame you didn't fall in love with your Sirensea swimwear!

• We are happy to offer an exchange of your swimwear or provide store credit if you are unhappy (stock permitting). 
• All exchange items must be sent back in their original condition. Unworn, no deodorant, no makeup, no stains and unwashed with all tags and hygiene sticker attached. We reserve the right to reject any items that display any signs above.
• You will have 14 days upon delivery date to make an exchange or for store credit.

REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not accept refunds. Sorry babe! Please make sure to use our size guides or contact us if you need help!
